WAYFINDING SYSTEM AND EXHIBITION VISUAL IDENTITY – MoJA JEWELLERY MUSEUM

For the MoJA Jewellery Museum, supported by YES Jewellery, we created a comprehensive wayfinding system and visual identity for the exhibition. We designed the navigation, custom iconography, typography and colour palette, as well as information panels, exhibit labels, numbering and QR code systems. We were responsible for the entire process – from design consultations and visual concept development to production and installation. The result is a cohesive and clear system that guides visitors through the museum, organises extensive content and provides an elegant visual backdrop for a collection of approximately 3,000 exhibits.

NAVIGATION FOR CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS

Wayfinding System for a Medical Facility – Świt Prevention Centre

For the Świt Prevention Centre, we created a comprehensive wayfinding and visual communication system for three separate facilities. The project began with a spatial and visual identity audit, followed by consultations with the Centre’s team. We designed room signage, directional signs, wall graphics, and exterior signage. In spaces dedicated to children, we focused on calm, clear, and sensory-friendly solutions. We were responsible for the entire implementation process – from design and material selection to production and installation. The result is a cohesive and functional system that makes navigation easier while strengthening the Centre’s visual identity.

EPAM Office Wayfinding

For EPAM’s Poznań office, we designed, produced, and installed a comprehensive wayfinding and signage system. The clear, minimalist signage was developed in line with the company’s visual identity, ensuring a consistent fit with the interior while making the office easier to navigate.

ACCESSIBILITY AUDIT

We provide support to cultural institutions to incorporate the theme of architectural and information and communication accessibility in the design process, based on current legislation. We keep in mind that one of the most important priorities of cultural institutions is to ensure the accessibility of their facilities for a variety of clients, so our projects are not only innovative, but above all user-friendly. We create accessible visual communication and support institutions in creating standards that will allow its long-term maintenance.

DIRECTIONAL INFORMATION IN THE FACTORY SPACE

We have knowledge and experience in the implementation of signage for factories and production halls of various scales working with a team of health and safety specialists. We have helped to select the best solutions for, among others, the Poznan company Unilever. For this type of client, the most important thing is a clear organization of traffic, a clear definition of work zones and passageways, as well as durable and aesthetically pleasing signage in accordance with the company's identification and, above all, with current legislation. We use both traditional directional information signs, but most preferably we create original creations with artistic pictograms.

DESIGNING ACCORDING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY PRINCIPLES

The marking of production halls is primarily aimed at ensuring safety and minimizing the risk of dangerous situations, which can be a serious threat to workers. We pay a lot of attention to ensure that the graphics we develop, thanks to the appropriate topography and colors, are clearly visible and legible. For this reason, in the production process we use materials characterized by high durability. We produce not only standard plaques, but also practical floor signs on self-adhesive film, murals, large-format boards for indoor and outdoor use.

SPACE BRANDING

We also do interior space branding (offices, open space, museums, shopping malls). We have experience in complex projects created in empty spaces, giving a lot of freedom in creation, but we also undertake rebranding projects. We try to convince our clients that logo design is just the beginning in building a brand. Professional room signage in line with the corporate identity of the company and its products, supports brand awareness among the employees themselves, but also builds it with customers and clients.
