Are you organizing a festival, a workshop or maybe an exhibition? Whatever the format or type, every event needs a visual. It's what your customer encounters before deciding to buy a ticket or the product itself, and it's what they will associate the event experience with for longer. It is therefore worth investing in a professional design service, just as much as in the organization of the event itself.
For an event's visual identity to serve its purpose, it should accurately communicate the main idea of the event and be consistent with the organizer's identity. It must take into account the preferences of the audience so that the visual message is relevant and navigates them correctly. A good design is one that is based on a flexible system easily adaptable to a variety of accompanying and promotional activities.
We offer a comprehensive service to create the visuals for your event. There are four stages to the design process. Not only do we focus on creativity, but above all your knowledge and time are important to us. That is why we need to know the basic assumptions of the order, the target groups, and expectations in order to plan the project schedule and budget well. We have developed a brief with our design team to get to know your expectations.
Our experience tells us that when planning the promotion of an event, it's worth anticipating as much media as possible. It simply pays off. Let us create your promotional materials and we'll make sure your event doesn't drown in a deluge of competitive advertising and communication chaos. We will ensure that the design adapts to a variety of formats (print, online advertising), but also multiple spaces (outdoor advertising).
We provide our clients with a package of graphic materials and rules for their use in a corporate identity book, which will allow for simple and time-saving reproduction of the assumptions.
We designed the materials of the Poznań Christmas Fair for the City of Poznań. The event was held at the Poznań International Fair and our designs appeared throughout the city. We created a pattern that interpreted Christmas themes in a modern way. The geometric design, warm colors and simple lettering worked well for the promotional campaign. We produced designs for posters, outdoor, gadgets, social media graphics and space design elements.

At the invitation of the Museum of the Origins of the Polish State in Gniezno, we created an identity for the 'Toy Exhibition'. Our creation combined historical objects with modern design, becoming an attractive message for the modern viewer. The scope of work included the design of promotional materials (posters, flyers, invitations, online advertising), space arrangement with installations, gadgets and designs for accompanying events (competitions, workshops, meetings with curators).
We took part in the 11th edition of the World Urban Forum in Katowice by designing the exhibition 'Urban Transformations', commissioned by the Poznań International Fair. In a short period of time, we carried out the commission with an international audience of more than 20,000 people. We developed the logotype, infographics and illustrations to tell the story of the inhabitants and cities. Our creation was based on a clear and legible message that naturally navigated visitors along the exhibition path.
We created the graphic design for the CZYTATY events promoting family reading for the Raczynski Library in Poznan. We designed a logotype composed of the name of the series, which we left with a cut-out aesthetic. The main products of this realization were posters with a recurring motif of a book-father and a book-child. They proved successful in outdoor promotion and their elements in the gadgets accompanying the event: collectible stickers, bags and badges.
For the exhibition "Musical culture in the early days of the Polish state", we created a comprehensive graphic design. The scope of work included: visual identification, arrangement and spatial installations. Inspired by medieval iconography with musicians and instruments, we designed a logotype, posters, invitations, sound animations and promotional materials for accompanying events and publications (folder and catalog).
The visual identity for Poznań Food Days, commissioned by the Poznań City Hall, turned out to be one of the most pleasing creations. We abandoned the use of typical food photographs, replacing them with abstract icons. These minimalist forms alluding to the richness of flavors of cuisines from all over the world, perfectly filled the numerous marketing materials (posters, flyers, programmes, T-shirts, bags) that almost flooded the city.
The graphic design for the museum event 'Piast survival. Man and forest 1000 years ago" we created for the Museum of the Origins of the Polish State in Gniezno. Our design was consistent with the client's visual identity and interpreted the theme of the exhibition in a modern way. We decided to combine green colors, simple object icons and forest photographs. We produced graphics for social media, online advertisements, promotional prints and arrangements.
We realized the visual identity of the international exhibition 'Let's talk about garbage' presented at the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale. The scope of work included the stylistic development of the exhibition's typography (lettering, timeline, infographics), which was subordinated to the design of the promotional materials (posters, flyers, publications, artistic postcards). Our creation perfectly conveyed the idea of the exhibition, which is why it was decided to use it for future editions of the project.
