Cultural offering
Visual identification of cultural institutions
Apart from interesting exhibits or interesting programs of events, cultural institutions must have something that will encourage others to visit them and distinguish them from other attractions. Since the vast majority of people are visual, they pay attention to such elements as logos, fonts and colours. They have a significant impact on the reception and image of the place. Our studio designs all elements of visual identification - we always start our work with a deep analysis of the institution's activities, its goals and values, so as to be able to create a unique and adapted to the needs of the current market visual communication.
Our activities will be described in the visual identification book, as well as we will prepare numerous samples of promotional materials and prints, which will help maintain a consistent image of the company and save costs associated with the promotion.
Promotional materials and gadgets
The dissemination of the cultural institution’s offers is inseparably accompanied by promotional materials. They should be compatible with new visual identification and the character of the institution. We design:
- leaflets,
- stickers,
- posters
- prints on shirts and bags,
- envelopes and stationery.
- folders,
- invitations and business cards,
- tickets
- albums and guides,
- postcards,
- identity card,
- and many other printed materials.
Our activities allow us to disseminate the image of the institution, inform about important events and thanks to well prepared, aesthetic graphic design, they become an added value for the whole image of the institution.
Design of exhibitions and installations
Exhibitions are not just about moving from one exhibit to another. In our opinion, they should be a marvelous experience - an experience that tears us away from reality. However, it is possible when you take care of all the details - proper arrangement of the exhibits, lighting, music... Every element, even the smallest one, allows to create a certain coherent whole- this is why we offer:
- graphic designs for the exhibition,
- spatial and multimedia installations,
- illustrations (also in large format),
- music and lighting selection,
- selection of lettering and colours,
- space arrangement,
- mapping,
- projections.
- plays and manual games.
Thanks to these elements, the exhibitions become more characteristic and visitors can discover all benefits from the cultural institutions.
Assembly of exhibitions and installations
In our work we do not limit ourselves only to design. Since we are a multidisciplinary studio, we are also involved in the assembly of our exhibitions and installations. This allows us to present our exhibits in the best possible way, because on the one hand, thanks to our regular contact with the customer, we know exactly how he or she would like to present his exhibits, and on the other hand, as creators, we know exactly how to present our projects in a given space. We also know what materials are best to use. We do all our work in advance, so that you can be sure about your exhibition the day before the vernissage. We adjust our actions to the specified budget and time of realization.
Graphic boards for exhibitions
We believe that even with a small budget and without exhibits it is possible to prepare an interesting, aesthetic and above all substantive exhibition. In such cases we create special graphic boards, which can be laid out in the museum or city space as an open-air exhibition. They are easy to transport, so you can move them from place to place depending on the need. As part of the board’s preparation, we:
- select appropriate, legible lettering,
- deal with an interesting composition of the text,
- create thematic illustrations and infographics,
- design maps,
- take and edit photos,
- create signatures for the exhibits.
Event’s visual identification and promotion
We are a studio that often uses innovative technological solutions. We know the possibilities of:
- touchscreens,
- interactive boards,
- mobile devices,
- animations,
- movies,
- 3D visualizations,
- multimedia,
- applications,
- games.
We know that such measures are very popular and extremely attractive to visitors of all ages. Moreover, they emphasize the adaptation of a cultural institution to the changing world and expectations of modern visitors.
We also create mobile applications, which may be a great solution to enrich traditional sightseeing.
Don't worry, we will not only design individual installations, but also provide the necessary equipment.
Running social media profiles
A company account on Facebook or Instagram does not have to be just a necessity. Social media is a place with great potential to build a committed community and find future visitors. Functioning in social media allows to inform about new exhibitions, remind about old ones or show intriguing trivia about the exhibits. We can ensure the preparation of high quality aesthetic materials and moderation of the most important social media. We will make your account become something more than just a "presence in the Internet".

Websites
In times when buying tickets online is becoming increasingly popular, the website is a kind of showcase for a cultural institution. It must remain legible and easy to use for everyone, so in our projects we pay attention to transparency, intuitiveness and of course aesthetics. However, we try to transfer our creative solutions into the sphere of the Internet, so that even the website remains consistent with the institution’s image.
Games and educational materials - printing
Who are your visitors? They are certainly children or school trips. We know that the youngest need special treatment and won't always be interested in what adults are - that's why we'll prepare for you developing games that relate to the theme of the museum and the current exhibition.
Video production
Do you want to catch visitors' attention to a particular place or exhibit? Is there a new exhibition? Or maybe there was a special event in the museum that you would like to show others? In such situations, it is best to contact us - we will prepare a video material that meets your needs and which you will be able to show on your site or social media. We will take care of the video production from start to finish - we will not only record, but also edit what we will capture with a camera
Photography and digitalization of collections
Recent months have proven that the photographs of the exhibits are more important than ever before. It is worth going with the spirit of the times, taking care of visitors' safety and making the electronic version of the collection. In addition, certain exhibits require special treatment, so visitors often cannot get close enough to see all the details - but they can do it on a website, application or social media. Using our experience, we will be happy to make a photo session of your exhibits and monuments, the results of which you can use according to your own needs.
Directional information - disability adaptation
Aware of the difficulties which people with disabilities face on a daily basis, we try to make it easier for them to function in a cultural space. We remember about seemingly small details that are unnoticed by the majority of the society, which can be a serious difficulty for people who are visually impaired, having hard of hearing or moving in a wheelchair. In the design of our logos we often use contrasting colours so that they are vivid to the visually impaired people- we use a similar procedure to create maps of the space and infographics informing about the lift in the building, places to rest etc.
