For Pyrkon 2026, we delivered a comprehensive exhibition booth promoting South Korean culture. The project was commissioned by the Korean Cultural Center in Warsaw, operating under the patronage of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea.
Our goal was to create an engaging, contemporary, and immersive environment that introduced visitors to various aspects of modern Korean culture. We managed the entire process—from initial consultation and spatial design through production coordination, installation, on-site technical support, and final dismantling.

The exhibition occupied a significant area of the venue and was organized into several functional zones. Its centerpiece consisted of twelve themed workshop booths presenting different aspects of Korean culture. Each booth featured custom-designed English-language information panels and educational materials covering topics such as the Korean language, K-pop, contemporary culture, and traditional heritage.

Our objective was to create a space that was educational, visually engaging, and capable of accommodating the high visitor traffic typical of large-scale trade shows and festivals.

A key feature of the exhibition was a series of custom-designed workshop booths serving as educational and interactive activity stations. We incorporated translucent light-diffusing materials that, combined with colorful illumination, created striking architectural installations visible from across the exhibition hall.

Each booth featured its own dedicated lighting scheme, reinforcing the contemporary character of the exhibition while establishing a cohesive atmosphere inspired by modern South Korean culture.

The entrance area also included mirrored installations featuring the organizers' logos, designed as eye-catching photo opportunities. These proved especially popular among Pyrkon attendees, particularly cosplay participants.

One of the exhibition's highlights was a karaoke stage inspired by Korean pop culture. The space was designed to host performances and interactive activities centered around K-pop and contemporary Asian entertainment.
The stage design incorporated holographic flooring, LED elements, and an advanced lighting system. Above the performance area, we suspended five mirrored disco balls alongside one oversized central mirror ball illuminated with lasers, creating dramatic light reflections visible throughout the exhibition space.
The combination of lighting, music, and scenography resulted in a vibrant, energetic environment that attracted visitors throughout the event.

In addition to the design work, we were responsible for the complete production and execution of the project. Our scope included fabrication of exhibition elements, large-format printing, equipment coordination, logistics management, transportation from Warsaw to Poznań, and full installation of the exhibition.

Working alongside our technical partners, we coordinated the lighting, sound, and equipment required for the smooth operation of the booth. Our team also supervised the project on-site, providing technical support throughout the duration of the festival.

The result was a contemporary and engaging exhibition space that successfully showcased Korean culture at one of Europe's largest pop culture events. Combining educational, interactive, and entertainment-focused experiences, the booth became a popular destination for Pyrkon visitors.
The project encompassed every stage of delivery—from concept development and exhibition booth design through production, logistics, installation, on-site management, and dismantling. This comprehensive approach enabled us to create a memorable event environment that effectively promoted Korean culture while meeting the client's objectives.
