MOBILE EDUCATIONAL EXHIBITION

For the Museum of the Origins of the Polish State in Gniezno, with which we have collaborated on numerous temporary exhibitions, we designed an educational exhibition guided by the institution's brand heroes, Borka and Sambor. The appealing graphic design and portability of the system prompted the institution to commission a mobile version from us. We provided guidance, design services, and production for an engaging mobile exhibition, which has since become the main attraction of the Mobile Museum of the Origins of the Polish State and has been showcased extensively throughout the country.

ENGAGING GRAPHIC DESIGN

The cornerstone of the mobile exhibition was the boards we designed, intended to present historical content related to the creation of the Polish state in an engaging manner. Drawing from our client's factual material, including dates, figures, curiosities, and maps, we created graphics that were both informative and entertaining, encouraging learning and enjoyment. A major highlight of the exhibition was a large-format game board we designed for the "Rex Ambulance," which garnered significant interest and was subsequently adapted into a smaller A3 format for printing.

FUNCTIONAL EXHIBITION SYSTEM

The main focus in this implementation was dedicated to technical solutions. We aimed to develop a modular system allowing for quick and easy assembly as well as collision-free transportation. Its basis became the cube module, which enabled various configurations of elements or the expansion of the exhibition with additional parts. This practical and aesthetic solution, which does not entail high costs, allows for an attractive way to familiarize oneself with diverse exhibition content. We built the Mobile Museum system on a lightweight and easy-to-assemble structure of steel strips, to which we attached PVC boards using Velcro.

MARKETING SUCCESS

The institution set out with the Mobile Museum to conquer the entire country and visited community centers, other
museums, city festivals and early medieval reconstruction events. Everywhere it aroused interest not only among the youngest due to the comic characters by Karol Kalinowski known as KRL, but also adults did not pass by it indifferently. Simple and functional system allowed the exhibition to be transported to various locations. It was exhibited both indoors and outdoors.
