For the developer Nowe Pniewy, we designed a logo that reflects the idea of intimate living close to nature, while maintaining the comfort of urban standards. The logo was based on the initials “N” and “P”, creating a minimalist and modern form. In the design, we focused on elegant, clear typography, which emphasizes the professional nature of the investment, while maintaining a subtlety that matches the peaceful, green surroundings. The overall design creates a cohesive and balanced sign that fits well in both printed and digital materials.
Colors and Fonts
We created a complete color and typographic palette to suit all media - from print to digital. The shades of green used, as well as the colors yellow, brown and burgundy, perfectly match the character of the investment located outside the city, surrounded by nature. The palette was designed to build associations with proximity to nature, stability and warmth of home environment, while distinguishing the brand in the competitive residential market. The selected fonts combine modernity with elegance, supporting the brand's image as reliable, professional and friendly.

We paid special attention to the listing catalog - a key sales tool and the first point of contact with the customer. This is the material that builds the first impression of an investment, so it must be both aesthetically pleasing and functional. We took care to provide a clear layout, high-quality photos and visuals that convey the character of the estate and help the viewer imagine life in this space. At the same time, we developed engaging advertising texts, highlighting the most important assets of the investment.
