Mechanical interactions for museums
Are you looking for an interesting way to tell a story? Want to surprise visitors and engage them even more strongly? We offer services to create unique interactions, based on proven designs using classic mechanical principles. Our solutions do not require modern technology, engaging visitors through contact with physical objects. By combining creative ideas with functional design, we help bring cultural heritage to life in a way that captures attention and inspires.
Learning through experience
Direct contact with mechanical interactions allows participants to explore and experiment, stimulating curiosity and engaging various senses. This experience builds a deeper connection to the story and provides a valuable alternative to digital education. We tailor solutions to the subject matter and different audiences, ensuring that the message is substantive and the experience surprising and enjoyable.
Good because simple
Our educational interactions are based on simple but effective mechanisms - gears, levers, gears and spring mechanisms. We also design sensory stations that engage different senses. We use proven solutions such as puzzles, building blocks, memory or board games, but we also implement completely original and surprising projects.
Comprehensive support
An interdisciplinary team is a guarantee of thoughtful and well-tailored interactions. We offer comprehensive support - from consulting, design, production and installation. By personalizing our solutions, your cultural institution can revolutionize education by engaging visitors and creating interactive workshops and thematic exhibitions.
For whom? For everyone!
Our solutions are ideal for museums, galleries, libraries and educational centers that want to engage their audiences and transfer knowledge in a modern way. They allow participants to actively participate in exhibitions - not only to watch, but also to touch, experiment and experience the presented content.
Educational installations
Impressive educational installations are an excellent idea for creating an original exhibition that is not only visited, but also experienced. Such solutions stimulate curiosity and remain in the memory for longer. For the temporary exhibition “Musical Culture” we made, among other things, a wooden construction of a revolving wheel referring to the work of Hildegard of Bingen and a cardboard pillar of a Slavic deity called Sviatovid from Zbrucz. In the “Toy Exhibition,” the installation of a “pink dollhouse” also served an additional protective function for the collector's object.
Sensory stations
At exhibitions, sensory stations can use a variety of stimuli, such as light, sound, smells or textures. Such solutions are a way to engage different target groups - from children to people with special needs - and, when properly developed, can prove interesting and inspiring for everyone. We made sensory interactions for the temporary exhibitions “Wuchta wiary. Heroes of Organic Labor,” ”Piast Survival. Man and Forest 1,000 Years Ago,” and for the exhibit of the Museum of the People's Republic of Poland.
Interactive furniture
Can an old closet or military trunk be used to create unique interactions? Of course it can. By giving unused furniture and things new functions and modern graphic design, we gain non-standard but very impressive exhibition objects. Massive military chests, after appropriate modification, became, in the exhibition “The General Defends Himself”, a modern piece of furniture for storing historical costumes, while being a carrier of educational content. We transformed the furniture in the Museum of the People's Republic of Poland into an interactive piece of furniture for discovering historical curiosities.
Puzzles, blocks, card games
Puzzles, building blocks and card games - form an attractive set of educational tools that develop creativity, manual skills and logical thinking, engaging both children and adults. Such solutions give the exhibition a modern and dynamic character, fostering a better memory of the presented content and creating positive emotions in visitors.
Board games
The offer of designing and making board games is a comprehensive solution that will enrich temporary exhibitions and actively engage visitors. Thanks to them, participants not only learn about the presented content, but also develop cooperation and creative thinking skills. Our solutions can be seen on the Family Touring Path at the Museum of the Origins of the Polish State in Gniezno and on the exhibition at the Museum of the People's Republic of Poland in Poznan.
Impressions and feedback zone
We are pleased that at exhibitions, engaging the public is becoming a standard. Spaces for communication and exchange of ideas are increasingly being created, where visitors can ask or answer questions, vote for their favorite sights, and share memories. For the anniversary exhibition “From Dreams to the Gate of Poznań” we made a special stand for making wishes for the Gate of Poznań, and put the most interesting ones in the post-exhibition catalog. We also recommend setting aside special areas for taking commemorative photos, which promote interaction and create unforgettable memories.
Selfie Point
Photo stations are a great way to engage visitors and capture their museum memories. Specially designed backgrounds, scenery and props allow visitors to become part of the exhibition, creating unique souvenirs. Such spaces not only enrich the visiting experience, but also foster interaction, building an emotional connection to the exhibition and encouraging the sharing of impressions.
Educational mockups
We develop educational mockups incorporating both architectural details and interactive elements. We use the highest quality materials and modern technologies. Thanks to our experience, mock-ups become not only an authentic reflection of the past, but also an engaging element of any exhibition. Such an example is the mock-up of the Poznań Bazaar, which has become the hallmark of the exhibition “Wuchta wiary. Heroes of Organic Labor”.
